Water pipe connecting to the washing machine on the balkony started leaking preventin me from washing clothes, so i asked the landlord to call repairman. He fixed the pipe but then noted that water heater (a huge barrel kind) needs to be removed, because attachment point is rusted.

first my ticket got lost in the system and they were struggling to find for 40 minutes it and i had to run to gate 10 minutes before boarding closure.
but actually i had a lot if time because apparently gate was not even open yet and the flight is delayed for 90 minutes
