We keep it 💯 for #blueskysupperclub, and since our family has been doing a lot of home Health/caregiving last few months they insisted we order out, so the deli folks did a good job on most of it. But im picky about my ham & deviled eggs so not all of #Thanksgiving is careout😉

Jean-George said it could use pressure cooker on taters instead of baking off, so if that offends your particulars take it up with him. Also pressed through strainer instead of ricing. Went 2 to 1 ratio taters to butter & cream. Worth the work

The "blooper" outtake when they were trying to get a group photo of my food & beverage service class earlier this week from community college culinary school plus acutal photo. Great group of folks to work & learn with, we have fun, work hard, and that service went really smooth.
