Where I'm at, we also have fabric/sewing sections in stores like Walmart, Michael's, and Hobby Lobby but they have never had the selection of a Jo-Anns.
The main Guitar Center rival is Music & Arts, but they're on the way out thanks to an unwillingness to adapt.
There are smaller music stores, tho

I just recently learned that this was done by MARINA (formerly Marina and the Diamonds). And is *not* actually a themesong used in She-Ra. Which is what I thought it might be.
