Golden Kamuy Season 3
A step up from season 2, this show keeps getting better! This season was mostly 1 arc with a clear end goal, which made it very engaging the entire way through. The character focused episodes were all great, especially the Tsurumi reveal. I love Sugimoto and Asripa so much.

Admittedly, I only chose to watch this for Jake Gyllenhaal. I was expecting a copaganda movie. Instead, I got a much more grounded approach to what cops are actually like. I enjoyd it for what it is, but it wasn't AMAZING. Watch if you like Jake Gyllenhaal.

End of Watch (2012)

It was already on my radar because of Science Saru but seeing your posts has definitely bumped it up a bit! I generally gauge what is worth giving a shot by how people engage with the story presented. I like to see the passion a story can evoke! Im glad you're enjoying it do much!

I think about this a lot too, even songs i didn't initially love I eventually grew to appreciate! I'm also in love with the soundtrack, it isn't talked about nearly as much as it should be!

I enjoyed this mini arc a lot more than I expected! Hanekawa is a complicated character, plenty worthy of the screen time she was given. I enjoyed seeing pre Bake Araragi as his personal growth is highlighted well. A very dense 4 episodes that are worth thinking about.

#Anime #Nekomonogatari EP 4 - This series is so good at concluding arcs of the story in a way that doesn't FEEL good. Kizu and now this both left me feeling conflicted, wondering what everything was even about to begin with. These characters are complex, and require taking time to look deeper.

I hear that a lot! I watched parts 1-3 6/7 years ago now and I remember loving it, I just never really started part 4. I also hear SBR is amazing, ive seen it on the top manga charts forever now. I feel like SBR airing soon is a good excuse to finally catch up

1. I'm in love with Rhea Seehorn 2. Even when this show is at its most self indulgent, the concept alone is so stimulating. I was consistently engaged throughout the entire season, and never once got bored while watching! I'm sad there isn't anything left to watch. NEED S2 ASAP!
