we are near constantly dissociated but it definitely is worse when there's not certainty in which part is in front/multiple may be influencing each other due to stressors.

as someone with DID too, this show was genuinely one of the best portrayals of the disorder that i've seen televised. not fail-proof (no television really ever is about medical things), but pretty real and good without sensationalizing aspects of it.

while i might sign off posts with emojis, there will not be a guide or list of these meaning wise! if you know, you know! if i get to know you, you might get told :) who knows! safety is cool though.

as a system, i use i/me language, as i don't view "us" as separate beings, moreso as parts of one.
