I've tried this style before, but it was mostly just weighted lines. I think I've improved. I like that it looks fluid and sharp at the same time. It's also perfect for the biker jackalope I'm drawing.

A little art dump! I've been working on multiple pieces for the past two months. I haven't had much uninterrupted drawing time, but I'm drawing as much as I can. I have learned a lot about color and I feel like my style is moving more towards my traditional art style.

I finished my little ant drawing. I had been using it as warm up and color practice. It has definitely helped me learn how to layer colors and render better. The ant I drew is an Asisn Weaver Ant. They produce silk to help "glue" their woven leaf nests together.

The whole process for drawing Crypt. They are skull fox cryptid. Crypt does have antlers, but I didn't want to clutter the reference sheet. I have proved to myself that I am capable of doing reference sheet commissions.
