Huh. As I was just informed, there is a way out of this situation.
That is pretty cool but I have to wonder: How many people were in exact my situation, frustrated that they thought they now have to start all over and... just stopped playing?

For a demo I really would have hoped that this either wouldn't happen or, through more autosaves for example, I could learn that I was to slow (even though technically I wasn't, as the game stated I have until midnight; 3 more min)
This now left the impression that exploration is bad.

I can technically load a save, but since its a demo I didn't expect to save myself, which means there only exists an autosave. Which is at 11:57pm; the first screenshot you saw just now.
No idea what follows after in this demo, but this autosave is uselss and therefore my "run" over.

I like the atmosphere from what I played so far.
But I ran into a situation I don't really know what to make of: The game says I have till midnight (demo limitation?) to find out what happened. Its 11:57pm and I achieved that goal. But when I leave the room I am in, I will get a game over.
