All four covers have been revealed now and I'm incredibly underwhelmed. They're really samey and the drawing of SQQ in particular looks almost exactly the same on three of them.

These are the last of them! I was personally surprised by some of the scene choices compared to the NA version, but I think the art is very nice.

The middle section, which is the largest, is a closeup of LBH falling, his robes and hair fluttering, his expression shocked and betrayed. There's a burst of blood over his heart. The bottom corner portion shows a closeup of SQQ's hand holding his lowered sword. An adult Luo Binghe pins Shen Qingqiu against the wall while smiling menacingly, his bloody palm pressed over SQQ's mouth. There's blood splattered on both their robes and the wall behind SQQ is cracked and damaged. He frowns at LBH, who has his other hand pinned slightly out of view. Shen Qingiu, wearing a mask over the top half of his face and simpler, slightly damaged robes, freezes in horror. Behind him stands a very young child version of Luo Binghe, who radiates an aura of demonic qi in contrast with his hollow, judgemental expression. The background suggests a public street with some buildings partly visible, and there are paper lanterns strung up.

I've done my best to provide pretty clean descriptions. Apologies if the photos are not fully crisp; my phone camera likes to unfocus things "artistically". :U

Alright, here we go! Japanese edition illustrations. I did my best to keep my hands out of the photos, but this means there are some page shadows. This book was stupidly hard to find in person. Title has a brushed silver metallic effect.

I saw those BingQiu clouds MXTX drew and thought they looked kind of how my art looks anyway, so I had to draw this.

Despite being in Tokyo, you would not believe how hard it was to find the JP edition lmao. I found EN, FR, CN, and several others more easily than this. (Will attempt to find the others, too.)

Note: Shen Yuan transmigrates as an infant into what is basically just a xanxia remold of his previous life, and meets Luo Binghe while they're both disciples of Cang Qiong Mountain Sect. The only problem: he doesn't realize he's a transmigrator and his memories of Proud Immortal Demon Way have been locked away. Surely that won't cause any problems, though. Surely he can protect the protagonist from his fate and make a better end to the story somehow anyway... right?
