As “d” and “H” are a ligature, we can infer this is a “dh”, a voiced dental fricative phoneme, as in the English word “this”. Presumably Frank’s felt “ð” would be challenging for most modern English typesetters. Still, it’s clear that “Reðot” is what’s intended.
