Yeah, in pure poker you’d always choose the quad over the full house, but forming the latter is still possible for other games.

I wouldn’t say it it was particularly deep (and I don’t mean this disparagingly) but it has a few really cool things happening in it. I would call it a modern take on Roald Dahl.

When R7RS small came out years ago I took a few weeks to use it as an implementation guide and found it was excellent for that use case. The Scheme reports have always been the gold standard in lang specification and it looks like they will continue to be into the future.

I haven’t read the article yet, but I will asap. For a brief window a goal in personal computing was IA (look at 80s ads to see it on display). The “I” part almost seems like an undesirable attribute in a customer.
