It would be interesting to see the attempted Murder rate. I suspect over a longer period, say 70 years, some reduction must have occurred because of improved medical response. The rights plan is always to promote fear.

And operates std PDP software so the same instruction set as PDP. I am toying with the idea of making a serial CPU in 74 logic. Thought serial rom/ram would be great but all numbers are high but first.

You should do a bit on what happened to the Serial Computer. The PDP-8/S was the last of the mainstream computers that were serial. Since then there have only been a few serial machines for niche use, apparently.
