Psuedo is a virus created (in-universe) by a Nintendo fanboy known as "SMWHarold996". Psuedo's main purpose is to infect various Sonic games with the intent of scaring players away from SEGA and ruining Sonic's reputation- using his data manipulation abilities to copy the hedgehog's appearance.

the closest they get to actively fearing anything would be with Seeki (having his schemes foiled is worse than death). There's also the Mangler, who Psuedo avoids because unlike characters like Sonic and Mario who can be replaced; Psuedo is only one virus, and cannot be replaced if corrupted.
