So Mestinon (generic pyridostigmine) might be another option. It slows down acetylcholine breakdown. I have POTS and histamine sensitivity, maybe MCAS and it has made a huge dent in my fatigue. Mainly for myasthenia gravis but also found to be helpful in ME/CFS patients. Oral so no skin lesions. ♥️
