I was explaining to my mom last night how Vance doesn’t have the cred for the base, or the juice for the elites, and while he may be more fash than opportunist than Trump, he can’t get the job done. It’s touch and go, but that succession is not a bad bet for revolution.

RIGHT! The Enterprise wasn’t there! And Gul Ducat seemingly had a fairly meteoric rise from outer-edges captain to overseeing the occupation. I need to do some diving to see if that is written in cannon somewhere or if they just made a call. It’s such a fascinating and complicated history.

I think this AM what I was struggling with was how they incorporated the arc in DS9. Like - it got VERY bleak. And the Federation was already hand waving everything happening on Bejor (which I have issues with). This AM is just made me wonderful

That first album is AMAZING. “Turn the Page”??? “Too Late?” I forget about it often, but every handful of years it pops up and I remember how good that 1st album is.

I forgot to do the “want to visit” but that doesn’t change the score, so it’s about the same.
