The Second Pipeline through BC will Not Happen. Mark Carney is a Very Smart Man,....he has cast a spell over Danielle Smith saying all the words she wants to hear....BUT she will not survive the next provincial election to see anything further than the MOU which WILL Fall Apart - B.C. STRONG.
