my iPad mini 5 is quite the same size as the book i just got, but like a quarter of the thickness.

maybe this is also same thing with journals and passports where the physicality of it tells a story that digital diaries and social media posts cannot replicate.
that feelings kinda makes me want to buy one of those instant camera just to capture a fragment of memory, knowing that it's physical
