And my players wanted to use a dice bot on discord but you can handle dice rolls with a =Rand(range of values) function

Have you ever looked into Panic At The Dojo?

It has "Giving Yourself And Your Allies" as arguably a far larger and more important part of the game than inflicting Negative Tokens.
