And yes, Guinness pizza dough? Tasty. Bread machines have a dough function if you want to try it. (A lot of other beers also work, IPAs can sometimes get too syrupy for pizza dough but make great bread.)

I am used to my mother going "nope, not dealing with a full spread" because we weren't near relatives etc. THAT BEING SAID. I am now apparently known for cooking / baking with beer, including pizza dough (left over from my time growing up; we made pizza instead of turkey etc).
