NY has the best people for real. They’re just blunt, which upsets people who are used to fake nice people who will later stab you in the back when nobody is looking.

It’s also mammy-fying. “Come save me, Black lady” is gross. Too many people expected Harris to magically deliver us from ourselves. It’s always been our responsibility to deliver ourselves from the mess we created.
