Er, did GitHub always show results from *utterly unrelated repositories* in the issue number autocompletion?

Had a bit of a look back again at discussion around the #rails leadership problem, and it seems clear that the Rails Core team is 100% on board the DHH train - there seems to be no dissent at all.

So I guess asking them to take action is pointless, and a complete fork is the only way. I wonder […]

@thomasfuchs I was just adding some filename sanitization in @manyfold with Zaru, when I saw your face on the repo, and thought I'd say an immediate thank you ❤️

Upgraded to macOS Tahoe over the weekend, and now all my windows seem to have different curvature radii. Thanks Apple, I absolutely hate it.

Very interested to see MyMiniFactory's Soulcrafted Slicer announcement; a fully open source resin slicer escaping from vendor lock in. This is the way. We'll definitely be looking at supporting this somehow!

Your own personal cheeses
Someone to share your plate
Someone who melts just great
Your own personal cheeses
Someone to calm your cravings
Someone who is grating and waiting

Feeling alone with an empty board
Hunger rising you can't ignore
Pick up the platter, I'll make you […]

Making school lunches while listening to Depeche Mode on #6music. Result:

🎶“Your own; personal; cheeses”🎶

Great, that’s gonna be in my head until the day I die, now. Why do I do this to myself?

(And now, you, sorry)

I knew putting all the stuff in the same datacentre was a bad idea, but you mean funneling the entire Internet through the same CDN was *also* a bad idea? God, I can't keep up. #cloudflare

#3dprinting experts, generally my printer is pretty well calibrated these days, so it’s not really a problem, but do you know what can cause this sort of moiré pattern on the first layer? Could it be an artefact of the bed mesh compensation maths, or something mechanical?

Shouldn’t the text explanation for HTTP 418 be “You’re a teapot.” If the server was a teapot it should be 518.

Twenty-nine years ago on this day, #httpget 0.1 was released.

I found the tool a few days later and within a few months I became the maintainer. We later renamed it. Twice. The last name it got is #curl. It stuck.

httpget was my first insight and lesson into HTTP and since then I have kept […]

James Watson sounds a *lot* like some other people I could mention…

What’s the name of this tendency for people to succeed at one thing to then think they’re right […]

Mastodon's "apply a mute filter for a certain amount of time" is very useful consider I can't watch Traitors until tomorrow evening (the other viewers in the house are out, and would kill me if I watched it without them).

#mastodonmeuk users; Mastodon 4.5 will *probably* arrive here in a week or so - our hosts @beasts always hold off for a few days to wait for patch releases, just in case of problems. Never fear though, you *will* get the ability to quote post... soon.
