Now that you mention it, I do see the peculiar symmetry and grammatical construction, if I were to attempt to imitate it using Japanese grammar, it'd look like... 悪がいなくて善もいなくて? I think I had to corrupt the grammar a little to make it look symmetrical lol

Oo, russian has "нет худа без добра" which in comparison is less poetic than the usual proverb, it means "there's no bad without good"
