who beat the AI system NOT because they're actually good applications.

one company my friend contacted (because a real person did the process) said that they stopped using recruitment companies after checking if they were doing well.

none are. they're all BAD especially in the tech industry.

THE THING WITH RECRUITMENT COMPANIES, is that they complain they need to process so many applications, so they use AI, but then they use AI to process more than ever, which results in less oversight (because who can check if AI is doing it correctly) and it results in people getting through

maybe they don't send 10 directly to the company, instead they spend maybe a week or two and THEN so they get more money out of it.

and of course ghost jobs (we want to recruit someone internally, but we need to do it publically. they will not have a chance)

those are the WORST

they getover a HUNDRED people. and pick 20.

10 people are send directly to the company. the other 10 to the recruitment company.

then from those 10, maybe 3 or NONE get send to the company. too bad.

why? because they need money.

oh its MUCH worse than that.

so his jobs WERE mostly real, but they use Ai to look at someones CV, then find out they're not good.

but here is the worst part, recruitment companies.

so imagine you are a company and you need 2 people to join? you hire an recruitment company to do it

it reminds me of 2024... that shit was HARD.

only 0.5% wanted a real life interview afterwards.

and even there the chance was LOW he got an offer. but he only did it as a portfolio project to collect data on recruitment and how hard it is to get a job.

but holy shit...

200 applications for ONE interview. if you reply to ANY of them.

and he made sure he was not sending them bullshit.

he made sure motivationletters were allright, etc.

but what happened is, no matter how GOOD the response it. only 50% got ONE response back

only 12% wanted to start an interview (through text)

only 2% wanted a second interview in person

after 2 weeks and over 100 REPONSES, the AI seems to be able to respond without needing new input.

at his peak, he responded to like 400 applications per week. they all talk through chat and or email. but always indicated through Linkedin.
he constantly updated the responses to make it look "nicer'

but I WISH they would tell this, because what happened BEFORE majora's mask is very important. UGHHHHH
