my partner suggested that if #glitchprod really wanted to get funding from merch sales, they had the opportunity to do something cool, like selling OOAK production art or unique sketches from the art teams. posters, paper stickers, zines or art books... all cheaper to produce & easier on the enviro

the thing about #glitchprod is that they make themselves out to be this ✨haven✨ of independent animation, fueled by pure passion alone, but that's not true. they're running an extremely lucrative business model, obtaining both funding AND profit through excessive merch drops of marketable garbage

like when watching That scene from JCVTU I Genuinely thought it would receive widespread applause for portraying a girl firmly asserting her boundaries against a dangerously persistent boy but. I guess I shouldn't have expected so much from Male Violence Apologism Fandom Brainrot lolll

...why was Celine only in the movie for like 2 scenes. why did the Huntrix + Saja members hardly interact. why did they give Rumi + Jinu an "enemies to lovers" arc without an enemies stage. why did they prevent any impactful plot twists by revealing all major information within the first 50 minutes

KPop Demon Hunters is a BLAST to watch but it forgot to commit to its theme! what does it MEAN for Rumi to be half-demon? why does the humanization of demons only apply to her and Jinu while the rest are banned by Honmoon? what do Mira & Zoey actually FEEL towards Rumi once her nature is revealed? 🤷♀️

the thing about the Lilo & Stitch straight to DVD sequels is that if you watch them right after the OG they'll make you nauseous and embittered but if you watch them spontaneously in a random bout of nostalgia and treat them like animated L&S fanfic they'll be hilarious and underrated gems

I'm surprised I haven't seen more people over in the Indie Animation crowd talking about the release of Spice Frontier's pilot episode! I'm still feeling out how it suits my personal tastes but there's a LOT of praise to be sung about it. go give it a watch! #indieanimation

I'm surprised I haven't seen more people over in the Indie Animation crowd talking about the release of Spice Frontier's pilot episode! I'm still feeling out how it suits my personal tastes but there's a LOT of praise to be sung about it. go give it a watch! #indieanimation

not to get pedantic or anything but did the writers of the Lilo & Stitch remake forget that there's literally a L&S sequel where Jumba, Pleakley & Stitch ALL leave a fake-happy Lilo to pursue their individual dreams but almost immediately regret it and choose to reunite as Ohana
