yeah, I need the collision shop to call me and schedule when I can drop off my car, enterprise called me already to let me know to call them when I'm ready to get a rental, but I need my collision shop to take my car and they haven't contacted me.

im just so fucking mad, called my insurance rep, texted, they closed my claim and said they'd be doing it under the other drivers claim cus we're both thru progressive .. now im getting no replies and no scheduled drop off for repairs.. no rental
