Okay, fun story. Mine always was.
My facial hair came in about a quarter blond, and then those are the ones that went grey first.
(It's pretty much all grey now, and thanks to a skin condition I have to keep it shaved off now, sadly.)

Wow. I knew you had some pretty gnarly complications but didn’t know it was this bad.
So so glad you pulled through it and are still with us.
Having had jaundice a few times myself as an adult, I can sympathize with some of it, especially the bit where Michelle needed to dim the lights.
