It's a classic deflation situation. I am happy buying now as I have control over ny bills. Also, currently with wholesale pricing I'm paying off the battery faster. As more buy them, we will flatten the duck and make less, but that's OK. Others will benefit.

Battery storage is now 1/100th it's cost in 1990. So storage of good days is much cheaper. Australia is rolling it out very fast now.

The trick is to buy solar and a big battery, then you can go wholesale pricing and make hay.

With wholesale prices and a battery (discounted 30% by the government rebate in Australia), I now get a negative bill that pays off the battery quicker. One day last month I was paid $22.40 / kWh as the old coal generators failed and power was desperately needed in tne grid.

Coal continues its slow slide into oblivion. Thank goodness.

Not celebrating. None should be killed by a gun. However, he was a dickhead who said these things so, I'm more concerned with ALL of the other gun deaths.

Australia is well served by a growing independent movement. Politicians who truly represent their area and vote accordingly. It's a model that should be repeated across the world.

We need to engage the artist who did the one on the right. Gina Reinhardt hates it.

A better thing is to put up a Vote Carney sign. In Australia, the right wing never bother knocking on my door when I hang up this:

An article in the Sydney morning herald, Australia. It ends with "After all, the US President is no longer the leader of the free world. It is even questionable whether America is still part of the West." Strange days indeed, most peculiar moma.
