i don't have much energy to do anything including talking to people but i've also been craving interaction i don't want to be alone but also i want to isolate myself and just let myself rot in bed. i've been trying not to let myself spiral out of control and relapse into bad habits but it's so hard

in recent years it's gotten better and i've actually been able to enjoy christmas but i think it's gonna be a rough one this year. idk how i'm gonna get through all of this. i've been wanting to reach out and talk to people but at the same time i don't want to talk to anyone

the one i'm using is one of those wands where you just wrap your hair around it and i just burned my hand on it

i've had this laptop for 5 years and haven't had any problems w it and if smth serious happens w it idk if i'd be able to afford to get it fixed

it's mostly only when i switch between a website that's light mode to a website that's dark mode or the other way around ? idk what's causing it
