The government has been quick to identify the culprits. I feel so sorry for people who have lost loved ones and their homes. That is where it will get messy. Will the building inspectors who failed to inspect be accountable.

Maybe because these floods are huge and unusual. Hat Yai in Thailand has the worst floods in 300 years. Total focus if thai media and thai people. Same for Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Phillipines.
