Austria's armed forces aren't bad at all for their size and low cost, plus unlike much of the rest of Europe they're actively and very speedily rearming. Also they're big fans of money, much like the Swiss, so will likely cut some sort of deal.

Something I haven't seen mentioned: there are 35k potentially hostile troops in Germany with lord knows what sort of warfighting materiel right now. That's a serious threat to all of Europe, specifically German sovereignty. Get them out NOW
