It took a racist, constitutionally-disabled president acting contrary to the take care clause and acting in bad faith to get us here where it is being litigated. Unlikely, even though many of those factors were strongly correlated.

Another challenge is laying this groundwork in an hostile information environment. It can be done, but the information environment needs to be considered when looking for an effective strategy.

This is important. I am also not seeing/hearing enough yet. It needs repetition and needs to happen outside of campaigns and not just in campaigns.

I'd also note they already invalidated Section 3 that says that you can't hold federal office if you engaged in insurrection against the United States. These are not judges impartially applying the law. They are racist despots who despise American progress. (3/3)
