D&D but as a video game.
Slay the Princesses and Scarlett Hollow are superb visual novels.
Finally, Dispatch has been incredibly fun with phenomenal voice acting and writing. Haven't finished it yet, but would have to really fumble at the end to change my opinion.

That is fair. If the the Steam Cube does end up being unaffordable, definitely keep the deck in mind!
As far as non-pc games, Clair Obscur is probably the most transcendent gaming experience I have had it years.
Bladur's Gate 3 is incredible, but it does require a level of joy in jank due to being

do mods and weird PC stuff if you wanted to but that is all optional and invisible if you aren't interested in it.
As long as you aren't trying to play the top of the line hardcore games, it is phenomenal. I have used it for Balder's Gate 3 but I mostly use it as an indie game machine.

I have a steam deck and honestly? It has been an absolute game changer. I can play PC games on the plane or in bed. I can hook it up to the TV with a wireless controller, keyboard, and/or mouse and have it act like a console.
Pretty much just as plug and play as a console but with the ability to

You could grab a random plaque from HomeGoods and get a better rallying cry.
"Live, Laugh, Love."
"Let Freedom Ring"
"Welcome Home"
"All Returns Final."

Turkey Vulture's stomach acid are one of the only ways we have found to remove chronic wasting/prion disease from the environment and I love them. If it were up to me they would be the American national animal.

Yup, and you just spoke that just fine!

(Please don't make me keep doing this bit, it was a joke and I really don't want to defend specific crimes, even as a bit)

so the creator doesn't want to update, leaving the backers in silence, wash, rince, repeat.
Some people will be mad no matter what, but most backers will tolerate a shocking amount of delay as long as they are kept in the loop.

that they are gonna fill me in every month, then I am all on board.
I keep seeing creators get stuck in a negative feedback loop of not communicating because they don't want to give bad news, so backers get annoyed at the silence, then when they do update the backers are already mad and are angry

I just had two projects deliver that I had all but given up on. Have another that is currently a year late but I am hoping it will be done in the next few months.
I never mind delays and set backs as long as there are consistent updates. Good news, bad news, doesn't matter. As long as I can trust

who is actively harming people really such a big ask?
November 25, 2025 at 8:50 PM
Neil Gaiman was my favorite author of all time. While I still love his work, yeah, I'm not gonna give him anymore money or support.
Wild how that is such a big ask of some Rowling fans. You don't have to suddenly have never liked her work or hate Harry Potter, but is not giving money to someone

I just happened to see one of your posts on Instagram, I never go on there! Glad I saw it and glad I found you here!
