When Daniel Ortega was in his second term Nicaragua's constitution only allowed him to serve two terms. But he had appointed the majority of the Supreme Court. They found that the Consitution violated his Constitutional rights. There is no Democratic method to get back to Democracy now in the USA.

The Constitution of Nicaragua said that the President can only serve two terms. Ortega stacked the Supreme Court and the court ruled that the Constitution violates Ortega's Constitutional rights so it is invalid. We cannot vote our way out of this dictatorship.

The constitution of Venezuela did not allow a President to serve two back-to-back terms. When it became obvious that Maduro was going to serve a second term. Venezuelans voted every person in Maduro's party out of office. Maduro appointed his own Congress. We can't vote our way out of this dictator
