This Spring, my household got hit by a very destabilizing event. We had to throw out a lot of our belongings, and more was destroyed in the aftermath.

Today, I finally sewed the one patch I was able to salvage from my favorite jacket onto a new one. It's a small thing, but it feels like healing.
A circular patch featuring an abstract design with wavey lines crossing its face. The lines are in the color of the nonbinary pride flag - yellow, white, purple, and black. The patch itself is sewn securely on the back of a denim jacket, which is being held up by the collar to demonstrate its adherence to the jacket.
