I was thinking something like that about red at first, too. But I feel like there's a pretty convincing case to be made that rakdos specifically is ambivalent about living vs dying

Still confident that I understand vintage cube, and pleasantly surprised that my rankings were decent!
In terms of learning from 17lands, I was baffled by some duals outperforming some Moxen: absurd, but not quite meaningless.

I made a couple plays I'm proud of this week and got rewarded for both!
#1: Holding the fetch to play around Banishing Stroke. OP had Stroke on Annex, but after shuffling I redrew it!
#2: Going to combat before cracking Seal. OP likely uses Magnet if I Seal first, but I got a free attack this way!

This weekend I drafted one of my favorite formats: Invasion Block, aka IPA! I went 3-0 with Jeskai—I mean, Raka 😎

As a sort of blend between Implement of Ferocity and Candy Trail, this seems like an interesting option for my artifact cube…
but given the vitriol these cards have been met with, it’s currently a nonstarter for me 🙃
