Thank you 🤗 😀 I have never done wood carving but I knew I'd like it! Lotsa blog posts are like "I did it with my son in 4 hours" and it's like yeah the parent has a band saw to cut the block to the guidelines in a minute. I whittled it away, with a not so great knife - uphill both ways!

Almost done!!! And all by hand 🤲🪓🪵 Sanding now, then polish, then beeswax, and the comfort bird will be ready 🐦

Suuuper niche product recommendation but if you keep mice or hamsters in a glass tank, the Niteangel water bottle thing is amazing.
It's ridiculous that there isn't a readily available suction cup bottle out there. There's a Reddit with people just like me, trying and failing with Velcro, tape, etc

First up is Plazita Taco in Watertown! The homemade corn tortillas are so good, the lengua was so tender, and the agua fresca de piña hit the spot on a warm sunny day. Their spot on the list is very well-earned 😋👍

Disgusting. Also, like, what recourse does the person paying for the work that just got "cancelled" have? Is ICE going to finish painting the building? All of this is so completely disgusting.

Y'ALL. These boxes arrived safely to their location BUT my bungee came off and two of them spilled into the intersection of Rt. 16 and Broadway 😭📦💥 BUT two people waiting at the light rushed in to help! Got my bungee, got the boxes 🥲 this is why you have to do good deeds, it does come back to you 🙏

I can't help but think perhaps this has something to do with it? This man was killed by someone who shares a lot of his viewpoints so there is some truly senseless violence going on, and just having her name associated could be dangerous and she maybe doesn't want to take chances :(
