Birthday gifts are a little different when you've got friends in the funeral industry
Three items I got from a funeral industry friend. One is a black t-shirt that has written on it "Cremation & Burial & Aquamation & Terramation & Anatomical Donation." The next is a magnet for People's Memorial Association. The last is a black koozie with an image of body storage drawers in a morgue, one of which is open. Below that image is written "Cracking open a cold one."

Genuinely why do some people see any positive mention of church, including from a marginalized person, and decide that this is how they simply must respond?

F1 sprint is going well
Photo of the race lineup for the Austin Formula 1 Sprint race. They're on lap 17 out of 19 and five drivers (Stroll, Ocon, Piastri, Alonso, and Norris) are out from various collisions. The lineup also shows that the safety car, which prevents racers from passing each other, is active. This late in the race, it basically means the race is over because no one can gain an advantage.
