If DOGE had actually found any fraud - wouldn't that be in the news? Wouldn't there be details? Indictments?

Something I don't think people may think of - it's a lot harder to hire new people and train them, than it is to fire people. More so with entire organizations - they may be able to shut them down with the stroke of a pen - but starting them up again when we realize we need them is SO much harder!

Y’all moving to BlueSky should really consider creating some content. What are you up to? What are you thinking? Political stuff sure - but I’d rather hear it from you than a repost.

Many of my friends on Facebook say they're moving to BlueSky - but I don't see a lot of them posting. Or I haven't followed them yet. Or I don't really understand how all this works.

The short post length annoys me too.

I don’t disagree that Facebook is broken - but there are tools there that I’m used to and work for me.

I’m still not sure what this new network is for, or how it works. The interface seems Twitter-like to me. I never got into Twitter since the posts didn’t seem to invite conversation, only grudgingly allow it. And I haven’t seen groups working here yet either, though I see there are group chats.
