Thinking about it the fact you can't make people pop like a balloon like you can in new vegas also makes it less satisfying. It'd be slightly less annoying fighting bullet sponges if once they died they're just a bloody mess strewn about.

I never liked the weapon leveling system, it's less satisfying finding a better gun thats identical to the one you're currently using but is several levels higher vs. finding an actually new gun. Also outside of unique weapons I think you just stop finding new ones halfway through the game.
