The Festivids collection is also now open for posting! You can post a new work at archiveofourown.org/collections/..., where you can also see our FAQ about required content notes and the posting process. If you post your assignment by December 8th, you don't need to also check in.

It's also a good way to meet another vidder! You don't have to be a Festivids participant to sign up.

We will probably do initial matching this upcoming weekend, but the form stays open throughout the challenge, so if you suddenly need an assist you can fill it out at any point.

This year, we've also added a "technical support for newer vidders" to the signup: If you're a newer vidder who might need a fair amount of technical support, or if you enjoy jumping on a zoom call to show someone how to use DaVinci Resolve or Sony Vegas, you can volunteer here.
