This afternoon, I'm exhausted.

I can't explain it and I'm not overly worried either, a week before my races (20km on Saturday and 30km on Sunday). But I still have this feeling that I'm playing the lottery. (3/4)

(...) but that doesn't seem to be the problem, the real issue is this feeling of having no energy as if I'm sick and suffering from mental fatigue. And yet, when I look at my watch, I'm running in 5'20 (8'35 per mile) and I find it difficult to slowing down (2/4)

A 2 hours run this morning, easy pace but with a decent elevation.
2 hours of active walk tomorrow.
And on Sunday afternoon, I will rest in front of Paris-Roubaix ! Impossible to miss.

I have two races the next week-end (20km on saturday and 30km on sunday). Hard work has been done.

It's so pleasant to run here, to follow the coast and playing in sand and dunes. I like running on different grounds and having to change my pace, to adapt (I don't know the english term for 'relancer' in this context...).
