After being made redundant from my role back in October this is a heartening indication of the lasting impacts of my work and an insight for anyone wishing to take on a dynamic powerhouse of a colleague into their leadership team.

Right?! First off is a 5 gallon batch of Braggott for the Solstice break. I’ve never brewed full grain. I have a brewer friend who has kindly calculated what he thinks I’ll need to replicate to the recipe. So after the first batch I’ll do another 1st ever brew without malt extract 🤞

Looking a lovely colour Chris! How are they looking inside? Are they sticky when scrunched in your hand? What does the lupulin (sticky/stinky colourful stuff inside) look like? Vivid or pale?
