VERT's branding got obviously stolen by the same person behind Borderless Gaming - same name, style, almost exact same colours - and the dev's response is.. something.
the chats on their discord were also wiped after this, this is actually an insane situation

not sure what i'm supposed to do. commissioned someone but i'm being ghosted. i ordered and paid august 25, now it's october 19.
worst part is that i paid upfront, the artist literally still posts new art, taking more comms, and even posted dms. they're also large too (50k+).

first time i've seen this happen on a YT video - the transcoded VP9 version of max klymenko's latest YT short has glitches everywhere that isn't shown at all on the H264 (and presumably AV1) versions of the video

considering how they called the hack club HQ, i don't know how anyone thought charging 50k + 200k/year to a non-profit is reasonable and shouldn't have even happened in the first place
