Sorry I didn't post last week - needed to make this again to be sure, but it's edible and repeatable. So.
No Knead No Dutch Oven Gluten Free Sandwich Loaf Makes one small loaf (1 1lb tin). Grease or line the tin first. 30g Psyllium husk powder, into which you whisk 470g GF plain flour. I always seem to end up with Dove’s Farm and I like it. Whisk them together as you add the flour especially for the first couple of hundred grammes – the psyllium wants to absorb any water from anything it can and will clump in a heartbeat, so making sure it’s well whisked with the flour keeps it distributed through the mix. 5g Salt and 7g Instant yeast, whisked through the flour and psyllium If you keep plain yoghurt around, pour off any whey that’s separated itself out – this gives a nice lactate tang for a sour-faux taste. Stick it in a measuring jug and top up to the 460ml mark with warm water, then stir in a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of olive oil. Make a well in the flour then mix through the liquid. It’ll get absorbed pretty quickly. Squidge it a little to make sure you’ve no dry bits on the outside and then shape to go into the tin. Smooth over the top and give it a couple of slashes with a sharp knife then put into a warm place for a couple of hours to rise. Oven to 200c Bake for 45 minutes, let it sit in the tin another 15 and then cool outside the tin for another 15 before you cut into it. On day one it’ll make a lovely sandwich with a proper chew to it. Day two as well. Day three onwards you’ll need to toast it. OR – slice it all up on the first day and stick it in the freezer, taking out as wanted. 30 seconds a (thick) slice in the microwave brings it back to squidgy, or toast. Otherwise from day three it starts taking on that weird damp sand texture GF stuff goes to when it’s not fresh, as evidenced by any shop cake you’ll have tried.

Grey fabric luggage (small suit carrier with extra pockets by Tula) on which are the 2 parts of a replacement tab - a metal U and a grip - and the broken zip tab in place. Bloody plastic, just shatters.

Glasses for people who wanted to keep the test glasses on
Achingly fashionable glasses frames in a display. At the top are a pair with very thick round plastic frames in 3 colours, the bridge and hinges are red, the main rim is dark blue with cut outs on the top outer edge in lighter blue. So ugly. So stupid.

Oh it's a bad photo, terribly really. But it's of some knitting against a black background. The knitting is in stripes of teal about half an inch thick alternating with stripes that muddle yellow and red together with shades of orange - and a hint of green where the yellow and blue dyes met. Good fun.

You might have wanted to see it. Took a while to turn the 6m skein into a 2m and these aren't the true colours, phone can't cope. But it'll make a pair of stripey socks, alternating solid ish teal with muddled flame colours. Oh yes.

And in the skein like this it reminds me of 90s Paul Smith.
