I think your criticism of even having a 20 published patterns to participate rule is a valid point, as thoughtful designers make great patterns even with less experience.

I had a look and it seems like not all patterns of the participating designers are included in the event. So the amount of patterns in the bundle is lower than the amount of patterns published by the designers. It could be that the 20 pattern rule is applied to everyone.

I once heard that one way discrimination shows up, that is really difficult to see, is that people are willing to make exceptions or bend rules for the in group, but decide to rigorously enforce rules with the out group. It seems like this could apply. It sucks.

I’m sorry, I was confusing. The colourwork is from different sources, like the stomping dinosaur socks by Bogusia and some doodles (mainly dinosaur) by Jamie Lomax of Pacific Knit Co., but they are fitted onto the coloring book tee mini pattern by Aimee.

I think a lot of heel flap socks would fit at least the toe/instep ratio. They usually add half the circ. That would make a lot of the heel flap sock patterns compatible.

This is undoubtedly true, especially cloth diapers. You can’t tell because there is nothing to give you scale in the picture, but these pants still seem quite large, with quite long legs too. They will fit, when they fit 🤷 The drawstring means they can be tied up if baby is more mobile by that time.
