What next, "still feathered"?

No shame in a gfm, shit's ridiculously expensive! May be worth reaching out with the insurance billing department for a clearer picture? I imagine the cost would also depend on what's chosen in regards to the anesthesia and aftercare - will it be outpatient/inpatient?
