If you have Procreate, I highly recommend the Luminance brushes in the Classic Library. In this piece, I used the brushes “Glimmer” and “Bokeh Lights”. Old cartoons used this kind of lighting a lot whenever someone glamorous walked in. 💅👠💎✨

I’m debating whether or not I should get back on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. I know I said I didn’t want to go back, but I worry about losing connection with everybody if Tumblr shuts down. There really aren’t that many good places to go for artists to connect anymore.

I’m still waiting for my new iPad screen protector, which is why I’ve been away for a bit. I wasn’t totally happy with the last couple of digital art pieces I posted. I’ve gotten so used to the screen protector, and I can definitely see the quality difference when I draw without one.
