Retired MD who’s also a Boaltie JD (& a ‘mustang’ vet).

PS that Khrushchev quote isn’t an endorsement; it actually Putin’s dream come true, thanks to our own Manchurian POTUS, DT.
But per Trump v US ruling (7/24), a POTUS cannot commit ANY crime, just as long as it’s a “core Constitutional power” (as he is as CINC; he can also pardon anyone he wants, & it’s completely unreviewable by judicial branch).

Take-home is Trump now has leverage over Adm. Bradley of Seal Team 6.
You’re missing the bigger picture:

Seal Team 6 commander Adm. Bradley is now compromised as he’s going to need a pardon by DT or risk going to Leavenworth under a future Dem Admin, so DT & Hegseth have him by short hairs.

Remember Sotomayor’s questions about Seal Team 6?

DT now has Seal Team 6.

U ever serve (Sgt turned officer here), or is this just a civilian’s speculation?

If you’ve served, you’d know placing a subordinate in a position of refusing to carry out an unlawful order places troop at risk of being court-martialed (& per Trump v US ruling, there are no more “unlawful orders”).

Only 2?

Don’t sane wash DT’s murders: the body count is up to at least 80 extrajudicial murders….

Weaponized hypocrisy is the only consistent virtue to GOP: as AR Moxon points out, it’s all about bloodthirsty lust for power….

And since statute of limitations for murder is indefinite, Bradley & everyone else in DoD chain of command who murdered 82 civilians in boat strikes now has a sword of Damocles hanging over their heads (aka leverage), where if they step out of line (ie refuse an illegal order), they’re toast.

A known troll interviews a notorious gay troll…

It’s not hard to grasp once libs accept unifying theory of MAGATs: they’re all just trolls, saying incredibly edgy offensive stuff, where part of the attraction to them is laughing at all libs who after a decade are still wondering why trolls troll.

You’re actually pointing out how completely dependent they all are on DT, as he’s now their only hope for a future POTUS pardon (incl. the Seal Team 6 Admiral and anyone below him in the chain of command).

They’ll ALL need a blanket pardon or they’ll also be prosecuted under a future Dem admin….
December 3, 2025 at 5:54 AM
Point being, review oral arguments in Trump v US, where justice Sotomayor’s worst fears are coming true, ie DT’s got a compromised Seal Team 6 commander on the hook who’ll need a POTUS pardon, so he’s got to stay on DT’s good side to get a pardon or he’ll go to Leavenworth under a future Dem Admin.

Except y’all must’ve forgotten DT gets a hard-on from pardoning even CONVICTED war criminals like Gallagher, and that was even before 2024 SCOTUS ruling (in Trump v US) which confirmed that POTUS pardon power is completely unreviewable by any court, as it’s a core Constitutional POTUS power.
It’s not like DT hasn’t granted pardons to convicted war criminals even BEFORE 2024 Trump v US ruling was handed down, eg Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher was convicted of war crimes, but Trump v US ruling confirmed pardoning even a convicted war criminal is completely unreviewable by any court.

Matt van Epps was just declared the projected winner (with 75% votes counted).

You’re welcome!

If you’re on an iPhone you can refresh
the results to update it (it’s pretty impressive she’s doing as well as she is, being that DT carried it by +22 in 2024).

As a retired vet (Sgt turned officer in USAF) who takes my oath to the Constitution seriously & knows law, don’t take it the wrong way, but you’re engaging in a liberal pipe dream that doesn’t have ANY chance of happening.

My point remains: that Navy Seal Admiral is now completely compromised..

So you’re apparently an expert on Int’l, UN, & UCMJ law?

Cool: explain to me exactly how UN would begin investigating this war crime/murder, & more importantly, how would they ARREST a member of US military or Sec of Defense even if they’re stationed or traveling overseas (like Putin visiting US)?

The only reason we didn’t see Putin set foot onto US territory under a normal Admin (eg Biden) was Putin knew the second he set foot on US soil, he’d be arrested & extradited to the Hague to face trial in UN criminal court (just like Duterte was extradited last year for crimes against humanity).

U.S. withdrew its acceptance of UN Int’l Criminal Court jurisdiction in 1985 after invasion of Nicaragua, arguing at the time UCMJ reduplicated punishment for war crimes.

That was decades before DT doubled down by sanctioning judges of ICC & welcoming a wanted UN war criminal (Putin) into US.
