I find it extremely funny that HTTP dates are RFC 1123 standard, except it's always in UTC and also it says "GMT" instead of "UTC", which is nonstandard so they can't say it's RFC1123 so every time you see someone describing RFC 1123 timestamps from scratch except it has the hardcoded string […]

I see my strategy of "return to canada in the late afternoon, sleep as much as you want on that day, and you'll be fine next morning" is working well
I mean I have a mild headache but this has reliably been the best way of not having too much jet lag so far
