I have been telling listeners to the pod that Dumars is only in the supervisory role while it's actually Weaver who is calling the shots and running the day to day. The future coaching search will illuminate this in a big way if things don't change.

I wrote this back in JUNE. People were already beginning to wonder if Dumars was actually involved in anything.
Since then things have not gotten better. I've mentioned on the podcast several times - Dumars is ownership proxy and Weaver is the GM.

This is every player who has played at least 15 minutes with Jordan Poole this season. It's hard to overstate just how bad of an impact Poole has had on the Pelicans' lineups this season so far.
