Haven't officially lost anyone yet. But Julian walker, zion Robinson, and Travis johnson all delayed their signing to later this early period. Early signing day is now early signing 3 days. Otoh, Michigan is in the mix for finney (cb) and calvin Russel who also delayed signing.

If he brings in a good DC, 2 portal receiving weapons, and a couple pieces to shore up the DLine (easier said than done) they should be very competitive talent wise in every game. Question will be, does he also recognize the overall flaws in his big game tendency to duck and cover?

Special teams has really let this team down a lot. The ultimate attention to detail position group. Only had 5 drives this half, one TD, 2 long drives to fg range, one punt (that was pathetic btw), and a good drive ended by a fumble. Defense has been fine. NW winning Field position battle, bigly.

At this point, he has only played in 3 games. If he only plays in the OSU game/postseason he is eligible for a medical redshirt and to come back next year. Or, if he balls out, he could go pro. I would guess he's hedging bets there. 2 games vs NW/MY doesn't move the draft needle either way.

I can't remember the Lions having an actual FB on the team in while. Usually when they go ISO they line brock wright there. Gotta think Bredeson is an upgrade blocking there.

I'm more mad he didn't go for it. Hell, just try to draw them offsides at the LEAST. In game decisions show a clear lack of faith in his team to do anything right. Bleeds over into how the team plays imo.
